About modification and amendments in some legal acts

Art. I. – In the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 50, of the Art. 237), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. Add the law with Article 43-1 of the following content:

"Article 43-1. Priority of proposals of parliamentary opposition in case of creation of the agenda

For the first plenary meeting of every sixth week from the date of the beginning of parliamentary session the Permanent bureau constitutes the draft of the agenda of meeting which joins the questions offered by oppositional parliamentary fractions, and also oppositional non-aligned deputies.".

2. Add Article 46 with part (5) the following content:

"(5) Questions which were not accepted by Parliament at plenary meeting for their inclusion in the agenda can be brought repeatedly not earlier than in 30 calendar days.".

Art. II. – Article II of the Law No. 115 of May 18, 2012 on entering of amendment into Article 47 of Regulations of the Parliament adopted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 131-134, 439), to recognize invalid.
