Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2015 No. 1456 "About measures for implementation of the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2016" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 2, Art. 332; No. 16, Art. 2213; No. 30, Art. 4927).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2015 No. 1456

1. Paragraph one of Item 11 (to add 1) after words of "the state defense order" with words ", deliveries of goods, performance of works, rendering services within realization of powers of members of the Federation Council, deputies of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and also purchases of goods, works, services by the federal state institutions performing custodial sanctions which source of financial provision is income gained by them from revenue-producing activities as a result of implementation of own productive activity for the purpose of execution of requirements of the criminal and executive legislation of the Russian Federation on obligatory involvement of convicts to work".
