About modification of the General regulations on legislative metrology approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 116 of June 30, 2014
For the purpose of approval of the new Law on metrology No. 19 of March 04, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 100-105, 190) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. In General regulations on legislative metrology of RGML 19:2014 "National system of metrology. The state register of the measuring instruments allowed for use in the Republic of Moldova", approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 116 of June 30, 2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 185-199, of Art. 95) to make the following changes:
a) in the name to exclude the words "National System of Metrology";
b) exclude preamble;
c) in all text:
- the words "legalized measuring instrument" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the measuring instrument used in areas of public interest" in the corresponding case;
- the words "the measuring instrument allowed for use in the Republic of Moldova" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the measuring instrument having the certificate of approval of type" in the corresponding case;
- shall be replaced with words words of "the approved types of legalized measuring instruments" in all cases "types of the measuring instruments used in the areas of public interest having certificates of approval of type" in the corresponding case.
d) In Chapter the II Item 3 of the word "The Law on Metrology No. 647-XIII of November 17, 1995" shall be replaced with words "The law about metrologiya No. 19 from on March 4, 2016".
e) In Chapter the word "in" to replace the IV Item 13 with the word "for".
2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official site of the Ministry of Economics.
