About some measures for implementation of the credit aid provided by the Government of the Republic of Poland

For the purpose of implementation of the Law No. 134 of July 11, 2014 on ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Poland about receipt of credit aid (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 217-222 473) DECIDES: the Government

1. The credit aid provided by the Government of the Republic of Poland will take root the Ministry of Finance by means of the participating banks.

2. To the Ministry of Finance to develop and submit to the Government for approval the benefit on management establishing recrediting conditions, criteria of compliance to requirements for the participating banks and final beneficiaries.

3. The documents of economic agents approved by the supervisory board of public organization "Division on Implementation of the Credit Aid Provided by the Government of the Republic of Poland" will be transferred by Division to the Ministry of Finance. In subsequent the Ministry of Finance will submit these documents to the participating banks.

4. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix.
