About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 1026 of November 2, 2010. "About the organization of activities for financial inspection" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 221-222, 1151), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Item 3 after syntagma to "article 13 of the Law 847-XIII from on May 24, 1996 about budget system and budget process" to add 1) with syntagma "to article 12 of the Law No. 845-XII of January 3, 1992 on entrepreneurship and the companies, article 38 of the Law No. 837-XIII of May 17, 1996 on public associations, article 22 of the Law No. 231 of September 23, 2010 on domestic trade,";

2) letter c) of the subitem 3) of Item 5 to add with words ", based on the decrees issued during criminal prosecution, check of legal entities of the public law, the legal entities of private law and physical persons performing business activity and public associations, on the questions specified in resolutions of law enforcement agencies at the end";

3) in Item 6:

a) in paragraph one after the word "inspection" to add with the word "check";

b) add at the end with the subitem d) the following content:
