About entering of amendments into Rules of conducting cash transactions in the national economy of the Republic of Moldova

The government DECIDES:

In the Rules of conducting cash transactions in the national economy of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 764 of November 25, 1992. (Monitor, 1992, No. 11, of the Art. 351), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

Item 8 to add 1) with words ", except for in cash, held for use in special search activities and extradition of persons at the end";

2) Item 10:

the paragraph one to add with words ", except for in cash, held for use in special search activities at the end";

add Item with the paragraph of the following content at the end:

"Calculations for the cash received for carrying out number of special search events are made based on the general provision approved by bodies which perform special search activities, and the Prosecutor General's Office.".
