I ORDER:

1. To chiefs of Departments of internal affairs of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1.1. Accept the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 15, 1996 N 3057 to management and strict execution, provide fulfillment of requirements of the Provision "About Procedure for Provision of Political Asylum to Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan", organize its studying by staff of devices of passport and visa work.

1.2. Oblige the workers performing acceptance of foreign citizens to make explanations of the existing procedure for provision of political asylum in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for consideration by law-enforcement bodies of the materials connected with provision of political asylum to foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan (appendix N 1).
