1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2014 No. 1256 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the list of the persons participating in terrorist activities involved in distribution of weapons of mass destruction or being under control of such persons, appeals of the decision on inclusion of persons in such list and considerations of other addresses of these persons, bringing this list to data of persons performing financial transactions and body of financial monitoring" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.01. 2015, 5/39958) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word "the persons participating in terrorist activities involved in distribution of weapons of mass destruction or being under control of such persons of appeal of the decision on inclusion of persons in such list and considerations of other addresses of these persons" shall be replaced with words "the organizations and physical persons, including the individual entrepreneurs involved in terrorist activities, appeals of the decision on inclusion of the organization, physical person, including the individual entrepreneur, in such list and considerations of other addresses of these of the organization, physical person, including the individual entrepreneur";
in word preamble of "the paragraph of the eleventh of part one of Article 6" shall be replaced with words "Article 91 parts two";
