About approval of the Action plan of the Government for 2016-2018

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of tasks of the Program of activities of the Government of the Republic of Moldova for 2016-2018 and obligations to partners in development the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve the Action plan of the Government for 2016-2018 it (is applied).

2. To the ministries, other central administrative authorities:

take necessary measures for accomplishment in full and at the scheduled time of the Action plan of the Government for 2016-2018;

provide process of consultation with concerned parties on drafts of the regulations included in the specified Plan;

quarterly, to the 15th day of the next month to provide information on accomplishment of the Action plan of the Government for 2016-2018, using the information system "Program of Activities of the Government" to the address http://monitorizare.gov.md.

3. The state office represent to the Government, annually, till December 31, the report on the course of accomplishment of the Action plan of the Government for 2016-2018.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the State office.
