About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the Regulations on pensions for special merits in front of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 1993 No. 185 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 117, 5/34599), words "age men of 60 years, women of 55 years" shall be replaced with words "generally established retirement age";
1.2. in part two of Item 14 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 5, 1993 No. 432 "About procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment and benefits to the military personnel of officers, ensigns, warrant officers, sergeants and foremen, soldiers and sailors passing military service under the contract, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of the Investigative Committee, the State committee of judicial examinations, law-enforcement bodies, bodies and divisions on emergency situations, bodies of financial investigations and to members of their families" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 7, Art. 186; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 131, 5/25235; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.09. 5/37742) of the word "retirement age (the man - 60 years, the woman - 55 years)" shall be replaced with words 2013, "on the date of his death of generally established retirement age";
