1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. paragraphs the ninth and tenth parts one of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for restructuring by "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company of debt (principal debt and percent) debtors on the credits (including the credits, on which right to claim passed from banks to this joint-stock company in case of acquisition of their assets) provided on financing of investment projects, and also the actions providing purchase of goods for their transfer to finance lease (leasing), for the decision of the President of the Republic of Belarus and (or) the Government of the Republic of Belarus, and also included in the programs approved by the President of the Republic of Belarus and (or) the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of September 21, 2011 No. 1269 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 108, 5/34489; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.04. 2013, 5/37142; 11:02. 2015, 5/40103) to state in the following edition:
"the certificate of calculations for the loans obtained from the republican budget, loans, the performed guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus;
