About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 6, 2006 No. 215

Bring in Rules of purchase and sale, export and import of the precious metals, gemstones and primary goods containing the precious and non-ferrous metals approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 6, 2006, No. 215, the following changes and amendments:

- in the subitem "d" of Item 2 of figure "211" and "226" to replace respectively with figures "169" and "183";

- in item 4:

- to add the subitem "an" after the words "under agreements" with the words "in case of observance of requirements of point 11 of these rules";

- add Item 11 with the second offer of the following content:

"The making and mining companies have rules only after requirements satisfaction of authorized body of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on purchase of precious metals to offer products made by them on realization to other business entities.".
