About establishment of requirements to contents of educational and program documentation when carrying out preparation concerning industrial safety
Based on the paragraph of the fifteenth of part one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety" and subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1.1. educational and program documentation when carrying out preparation concerning industrial safety of the heads and specialists of the subjects of industrial safety (subjects of industrial safety – individual entrepreneurs) performing operation of hazardous production facility and (or) potentially dangerous object, being according to requirements of rules for ensuring industrial safety with persons responsible for the organization and ensuring industrial safety in case of operation of these objects includes studying of the following subjects within the educational program of rates of purpose:
the legislation in the field of industrial safety (including the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About industrial safety", acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, edited on ensuring industrial safety, other acts of the legislation, the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus, technical regulations of the Customs union, and also the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union and other international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union);
licensing of activities in the field of industrial safety;
authorization system in the field of industrial safety;
examination of industrial safety;
