About publication of regulatory legal acts of state bodies

For the purpose of implementation of subitem 4 of article 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About regulatory legal acts", for further enhancement of work on state registration of regulatory legal acts and according to Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for publication of regulatory legal acts in the newspapers "Zahn", "Legal Newspaper" and in "The bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. To department of registration of regulatory legal acts:

it is regular to provide JSC Zan Joint Stock Company with information on the registered regulatory legal acts, and also regulatory legal acts which registration it is refused, in the state and Russian languages;

after conducting legal examination and state registration of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan to send one copy of the registered regulatory legal act to Department of codification and systematization of regulatory legal acts of Department of the legislation and international law.

3. To the director of the department of internal administration to bring this order to the attention of all heads of structural divisions of the Ministry.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of registration of regulatory legal acts.
