About modification of the "Provision on system of interdepartmental electronic document management" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 4, 2012 No. 692

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of reduction of "Provision on system of interdepartmental electronic document management", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 4, 2012 No. 692, in compliance with the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval "Instructions for record keeping in public authorities, organizations, the organizations and at the companies" of September 27, 2003" of December 14, 2015 No. 569 I decide No. 935:

In the "Provision on system of interdepartmental electronic document management" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 4, 2012 No. 692 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 9, Article 844), to make the following changes:

1. in subitem 1.3.1 to exclude the words "Service of Financial Monitoring under the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic",

2. give subitem 1.6.6 in the following edition:

"1.6.6. implementation of the clerical work connected with electronic documentation according to "The instruction for record keeping in public authorities, organizations, the organizations and at the companies", the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Presidential decree of September 27, 2003 No. 935.".

3. after part 7 of appendix to the Provision - "The list of the organizations, being participants of system of interdepartmental electronic document management" sign of point to replace with sign of semicolon and to add part 8 of the following content:
