About modification and amendments in the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 64 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia (of May 2, 2001):

The subitem 5 of Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

Provided by the subitem 5 of Item 1 of Article 64 of this Code, heirs of the first degree sentenced to death, and also the dead in term of imprisonment in the form of imprisonment or after serving sentence of repressed persons use.",

Item 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. In the cases established by subitems 1, of the 4 and 5 Item 1 of this Article, the parcels of land by the property right are provided till June 30, 2007.",
