About modification of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state the subitem 8 of Item 1 of Article 2 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia (of May 2, 2001) in the following edition:

Alienation of the parcel of land for social and state needs can be performed only in the presence of the extraordinary prevailing public concerns, in the procedure established by the law, with preliminary equivalent compensation.".
Article 8. To recognize articles 106 and 108 of the Code invalid.
Article 9. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
