About urgent measures for strengthening of protection of intellectual property rights in production process, export, import and distribution of disks for laser systems of reading

For the purpose of non-admission of violations of intellectual property rights in production process, export, import and distribution of disks for laser systems of reading I decide:

1. Determine protection of intellectual property rights in case of production, export, import and distribution of disks for laser systems of reading by one of the priority directions of state policy in the field of intellectual property.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

a) in a month:

take measures by training as a part of State department of intellectual property of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of division of inspectors on questions of intellectual property and on its personnel, financial and to material logistics;

consider question of introduction of permanent posts of inspectors on questions of intellectual property at the companies, other subjects of managing performing activities for production of disks for laser systems of reading;

provide control of fulfillment of requirements about availability on the disks all made, exported, imported and extended for laser systems of reading of special identification code;

b) perform urgent measures for ensuring introduction of procedure of control of observance of copyright and the related rights in production process, export, import and distribution of disks for laser systems of reading;

c) provide implementation of checks of observance by monitoring bodies by producers, exporters, importers and distributors of disks for laser systems of reading of copyright and the related rights.
