About entering of amendments into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 65 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 with Item 6 of the following content:
"6. The parcels of land which are property of the state - according to the order of the Government, and the parcels of land which are property of community – with the consent of the Government, by the property right can be gratuitously transferred by the agreement on donation for the purpose of implementation of the social or charitable or investing programs which received to government approval of the Republic of Armenia. In the corresponding order of the Government and the agreement on donation the purposes and conditions of use of the parcel of land shall be established. The government of the Republic of Armenia has the right on behalf of the Republic of Armenia to put the parcels of land which are property of the state or the right to them in the authorized capital of the legal entity. At the same time, the cost of the put parcel of land or right to them shall not be below the cadastral cost of this parcel of land.".
Article 2. To add Item 1 of article 66 of the Code with the subitem 5 of the following content:
"5) the parcels of land which are property of the state - according to the order of the Government, and the parcels of land which are property of community – with the consent of the Government. According to the corresponding order of the Government and in the agreement on direct sale the performed programs or the sizes and conditions of investments, and also responsibility for violation of terms of the contract about direct sale shall be installed. In case of the consent of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the head of community has the right to put the parcels of land which are property of community or right to them in the authorized capital of the legal entity. At the same time, the cost of the put parcel of land or the rights to them shall not be below the cadastral cost of this parcel of land.".
