About entering of amendments into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 2. Add article 64 of the Code with part 1.2 following of content:
"1.2. The parcels of land which are property of the state and communities by the property right are gratuitously provided to the Armenian Apostolic Sacred Church (to the Patriarchal Holy See Echmiadzin) for construction and servicing of churches and church structures.".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 75 of the Code with Item 2.1 of the following content:
"2. 1) Armenian Apostolic Sacred Church (to the Patriarchal Holy See Echmiadzin),".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
