About entering of amendments and changes into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. After words "the faces which do not have nationality" to add Item 2 of Article 4 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 (further – the Code) with the words "foreign states".

Article 2. To add the text of article 46 of the code with words ", except as specified, stipulated in Clause 63.1 of this Code".

Article 3. Add the Code with Article 63.1 of the following content:

"Article 63.1. Provision of the parcels of land to foreign states and the international organizations for diplomatic and representation purposes

1. Foreign states and the international organizations for diplomatic and representation purposes at any owner in the procedure established by the law can acquire or lease or use by the right of the free (permanent) use or construction the parcel of land only according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia taken based on the reasonable petition of state body of the charge of the Republic of Armenia authorized in the field of foreign affairs or according to the international treaty, observing the principle of reciprocity.

2. The parcels of land which are considered as state-owned property are provided to foreign states and the international organizations for diplomatic and representation purposes by means of direct sales, provision is non-paid by the property right, and also by the right of renting or free (permanent) use, construction, observing the principle of reciprocity.".

Article 4. Recognize invalid subitems 2 of Item 1 Articles 66 and 4 of item 4 of article 76 of the Code.

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
