About modification and amendments in the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 66 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001:
1) to remove the words "and agreement" from item 4 of part 1 and to add part with Items 7-12 of the following content:
"7) in case of provision of the parcels of land to persons having the license of transfer and electricity distribution and natural gas, permission of use of water system for the purpose of water supply and also the owner of systems of transfer of natural gas, for construction of the buildings, structures or other auxiliary constructions provided by the project of systems of transmission of electricity and natural gas and water supply
8) for expansion of the built-up parcels of land belonging to citizens or legal entities by the property right and also the parcels of land of agricultural value if it is impossible to alienate according to the procedure of auction in addition alienable parcel of land as separate property unit. The possibility of alienation of the parcel of land which is subject to expansion according to the procedure of auction as separate property unit, is determined according to the criteria established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia. The size of the parcel of land which is in addition alienated for the purpose of expansion cannot exceed the size of the parcel of land provided (acquired) by the property right.
For the purpose of expansion of the parcel of land the parcel of land only once can be provided.
9) in the cases established by part 2 Articles 72 of this Code and also the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the status of individual apartment houses with not kept documents confirming the right".
10) in the cases established by part 3 Articles 64 of this Code
