About entering of amendment and changes into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001:
Article 18 after words of "garbage dumps" to add 1) with words ", communal and private cemeteries",
Words of part 1 of Article 23 of "military and civil cemeteries" shall be replaced with words 2) "the state cemeteries",
3) words of Item 13 of part 1 of Article 60 "military and civil cemeteries" shall be replaced with words "the state and civil cemeteries, the cases except for provided by the law".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
