1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on federal state information system of pricing in construction.

2. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation:

a) determine till October 10, 2016 subordinated state (budget or autonomous) the organization providing creation and operation of federal state information system of pricing in construction;

b) provide till March 1, 2017 creation of federal state information system of pricing in construction.

3. Determine that in 2016 financing of creation and commissioning of federal state information system of pricing in construction is performed at the expense of the means of the federal budget provided to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation on implementation of actions of the state program of the Russian Federation "Providing with affordable and comfortable housing and utilities of citizens of the Russian Federation" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2014 No. 323 "About approval of the state program of the Russian Federation "Providing with affordable and comfortable housing and utilities of citizens of the Russian Federation".
