Article 1. In article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About entering of amendments and changes into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia" (ZR-199 of October 4, 2005)

a) add Item 2 with new paragraphs of the following content:

"The requirement of this Item does not extend to the parcels of land alienated to the state or community.

The restriction provided by the first paragraph of Item 3 of article 4 of the Code does not extend to the parcels of land provided by the subitem of 1 this Item.",

b) in the second paragraph of Item 2 of the word "proceeding from transactions" shall be replaced with words "in cases",

c) add Items 6-12 of the following content:

"6. Tenders for provision in lease or on use of the parcels of land of the state-owned or communal property - to the conclusion of contracts with persons, the declared winners by results of the public notifications published till November 26, 2005, and are applied to registration of the rights proceeding from them requirements of the legislation existing till November 26, 2005 if the agreement was signed with the winner of tender till April 1, 2006.

To the conclusion of agreements based on the resolutions of the head of community, the region accepted in accordance with the established procedure till November 26, 2005, in Yerevan – the mayor of Yerevan, about provision in lease or on use of the parcels of land of the state-owned or communal property without tender, requirements of the legislation existing till November 26, 2005 are applied if the agreement was signed till April 1, 2006.
