About modification and amendments in the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 64 of the Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia of March 26, 2011 (further – the Code):
Words of the first paragraph of part 3 "replacing to the passport" shall be replaced with words 1) "the ID card replacing the passport"
To add 2) with part 4 following of content:
"4. If the identity document, the ID card is, then in the electoral register column provided for additional notes entry about it is made, and the quantity voting is calculated with ID cards and it is specified in protocols on election results.".
Article 2. To add part 4 of article 66 of the Code with the second offer of the following content: "With participation in elections with the ID card lack of stamp about participation in these elections is not checked, and on the ID card the stamp is not put.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
