About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer protection"

Article 1. ZR-197 of June 26, 2001 "About consumer protection" to add article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the second paragraph of the following content:
"The relations connected with consumer protection in the field of consumer crediting are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer crediting.".
Article 2. To add article 23 of the Law with Item 3 following of content:
"3. The relations connected with return of the goods acquired by means of the credit including, credit card, are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About consumer crediting.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in six months after official publication.
