About the priority directions of innovative activities in Ukraine
This Law determines legal, economic and organizational basis of forming and realization of the priority directions of innovative activities in Ukraine.
The purpose of the Law is creation of the legal base for concentration of resources of the state on the leading directions of scientific and technological updating of production and service industry in the country, ensuring domestic market with competitive knowledge-intensive products and exit with it to the world market.
The priority directions of innovative activities determined by this Law in Ukraine oblige executive bodies of Ukraine of all levels to create most favored nation treatment to performance of works directed to realization of the corresponding priority directions, and concentration on them financial and economic and intellectual resources.
