About establishment of number of employees of bodies of the public executive service

1. Determine that within the extreme number of employees of the Ministry of Justice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, of the Art. 814), the number of employees of bodies of the public executive service constitutes no more than 7954 units.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About the bodies and persons performing forced execution of judgments and decisions of other bodies".
