For the purpose of the expansion of the export potential, growth in volumes and extension of the range of supply demanded in the foreign markets of fruit and vegetable products, grapes and melon cultures:

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 18.12.2017 No. UP-5287
3. Make since September 20, 2016 changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
4. Uzbekozikovkatholding holding company together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the relevant ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
