About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine

Bring in Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 25, 2015 No. 1119 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 68, No. 61, the Art. 2078), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

1) in subitem 21:

the eleventh and twelfth to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"Determination (carrying out) of the procedure of assignment of the corresponding status to subjects of breeding case in livestock production;

carrying out bonitation of animals and conducting breeding accounting;";

the fourteenth to exclude the paragraph;

2) to add Item with subitem 62-1 of the following content:

"62-1) determines authorized institutions (organizations) and the selection centers for determination of breeding value of producers by origin, to own productivity and quality of posterity;".
