Agree with the offer of khokimiyat of the Namangan region and Goskomzemgeodezkadastr of the Republic of Uzbekistan on implementation of compensation payments to owners of housing and the parcels of land located in the territory of construction of rail line "Angren - Fathers", in the amount of 2,0 of one billion bags. from the means which arrived into the special account of Management on land resources and the state inventory of the Namangan region on account of compensation of losses of agricultural and forestry and landscape production.
3. Of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide to Goskomzemgeodezkadastr money transfer, specified in Item 2 of this resolution, from the special account of Management on land resources and the state inventory of the Namangan region into the special account of khokimiyat of the Namangan region.
4. To provide to khokimiyat of the Namangan region target use of the funds transferred into the special account of regional khokimiyat for payment of compensation payments to owners of housing and the parcels of land located in the territory of construction of the electrified rail line "Angren - Fathers".
