These Certified requirements imposed to operators of civil aircrafts (further - Certified requirements) are developed according to Rules of certification of operators of civil aircrafts and the services rendered by them approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2003 No. 106 (further - Rules) and establish requirements to operators of civil aircrafts in case of their certification. Certified requirements extends to persons transporting passengers, loads and aviation works.
