"21. The medical and sanitary organizations providing primary medical care within compulsory medical insurance sign contracts with National medical insurance company, only in case of the availability of the territory or sites/sites of servicing provided by the Nomenclature list of public medical and sanitary organizations, and also the Nomenclature list of private suppliers of the medical services approved by the Ministry of Health with respect for the principle of the free choice of the family doctor, and also the principle of rendering primary medical care to persons registered in lists according to the current legislation".
