About approval of standard form of the Payment notice on the property levy
For the purpose of observance of provisions of Art. 287-6 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release), taking into account subsequent changes and amendments, and also in pursuance of provisions of the item c) h. (1) I ORDER to Art. 133 of the Tax code:
1. Approve standard form of the Payment notice on the property levy, according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
3. To provide to management of methodology of taxes and fees of the Main state tax authorities publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
