About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning transfer of separate administrative charges in local budgets

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. After the word and figures of "Article 64" to add part two Item 25-1 of article 29 with the words "and part one Item 20-7 of Article 69".

2. Public administrations to add part one Items 36-1, 36-2 and 36-3 of article 64 after words with words "executive bodies of councils of the integrated territorial communities created according to the law and the perspective plan of forming of the territories of communities".

3. To add part one of Article 69 with Item 20-7 of the following content:

"20-7) administrative collection for carrying out state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming, are performed by executive bodies rural, settlement, city (the cities of district value) councils which is enlisted in local budgets in the place of provision of services".

II. The law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
