About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

Based on provisions of the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 169-183, 363), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In Item 1 of the Note to the Order of the Government No. 710 of September 26, 2012. "About compensation of the workers performing maintenance and providing activities of degrees of jurisdiction, prosecutor's office and bodies of the central and local public authority" (2012, Art. No. 205-207, 766), with the subsequent amendments, after words of "The national center for fight against corruption" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with words of "The public archive agency".

2. In the subitem 1) Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of the length of service for payment of length-of-service allowance to workers of the budget sphere approved by the Order of the Government No. 801 of July 20, 2007. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126, of the Art. 889), with subsequent changes and amendments, words "positions of heads, as specialists and administrative employees" shall be replaced with words "any positions (professions)".

3. To cover the expenses connected with enforcement of this resolution within the means established for the corresponding year.
