ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About approval of the Official list of the gages and measurements which are subject to legislative metrological control

(as amended on 19-12-2025)

Based on Item d) parts (1) Article 5 and part (3) article 11 of the Law on metrology No. 19 of March 4, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 100-105, 190) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Official list of the gages and measurements which are subject to legislative metrological control it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Official list of the measuring instruments which are subject to the mandatory state metrological control O.P.-2004, approved by the Resolution of Department of standardization and metrology No. 1445-M of January 4, 2004. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 35-38, 81).

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 20.07.2020 No. 534

5. This resolution becomes effective on October 15, 2016.
