1. Make to the section III of the Main requirements to the agreement on provision of the telecommunication services approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of November 29, 2012 No. 624, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2012 for No. 2150/22462 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Item 3.1:

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"subject and separate terms of the contract;";

to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

"rates, tariff plans for services (service packages) and procedure of payments for them;";

Subitem 3.5.7 of Item 3.5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3.5.7. The minimum speeds of transfer and acceptance of data for services of Internet access for fixed telephony or the calculated maximum speeds of transfer and acceptance of data for services of Internet access for mobile (mobile) communication which are measured according to GSTU ETSI EG 202 057-4:2015 (ETSI EG 202 0574:2008, IDT).".
