About modification of the Regulations on procedure for compensation by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of means for deposits

According to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 3 parts three of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for compensation by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of means for deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 09, 2012 No. 14, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2012 for No. 1548/21860 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 26, 2016 No. 823), the following changes:

1) in the Section III:

to state paragraph two of Item 3 in the following edition:

"The general register on the papers (numbered, stitched) is signed by the managing director or the deputy managing director and certified by impress of a seal of Fund.";

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Based on the decision of executive directorate of Fund the Fund begins payment of compensation of means in national currency of Ukraine no later than 20 working days (for banks which database about investors contains information about more than 500000 accounts, - no later than 30 working days) from the date of the beginning of the procedure of conclusion Fund of bank with the market.";

in Item 7:

in the first paragraph of the word"," to exclude return of unpaid means;
