About simplification of the procedure of issue of electronic visas and organization of the ASAN Viza system

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of simplification of the procedure of issue of visas to the foreigners and stateless persons arriving to the Azerbaijan Republic, and I decide creations of the electronic visa system providing transparency and efficiency using modern information technologies:

1. To the state agency on rendering services to citizens and social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. create the ASAN Viza system for issue of electronic visas to the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to the Azerbaijan Republic and to provide management of this system.

1.2. in a month to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the project of regulations on the ASAN Viza system.

2. By means of the ASAN Viza system the following is provided:

2.1. the direct request of foreigners and stateless persons for receipt of the electronic visa by means of the ASAN Viza system;

2.2. input directly in the ASAN Viza system of data, necessary for receipt of the electronic visa;

2.3. payment of the state fee established for execution of the electronic visa by means of the ASAN Viza system in electronic procedure;

2.4. issue of the electronic visa within three working days;

2.5. sending the electronic visa for the e-mail address of the addressed person;

2.6. implementation of exchange of electronic information of the ASAN Viza system by means of integration into the interdepartmental automated "Entrance Departure and Registration" information retrieval system and the information system ASAN;

2.7. monitoring of adherence to deadlines of issue of electronic visas, addresses according to which electronic visas were issued or generalization of causes of failure in issue of visa, and preparation of periodic statistic reports was refused their obtaining.
