About modification of Fire safety regulations in Ukraine

According to requirements of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About fundamentals of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity" and for the purpose of reduction of financial load of subjects of managing I order:

1. Bring in the Fire safety regulations in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 30, 2014 No. 1417, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2015 at No. 252/26697, the following changes:

1) in Chapter 1 of the Section IV:

in Item 1.7. exclude the words "or are equipped with autonomous fire extinguishing systems";

in Item 1.9. exclude the words "or can be equipped with autonomous fire extinguishing systems";

in Item 1.16. exclude the words "to be protected by autonomous fire extinguishing systems and";

2) in the Section VI:

in the paragraph the second Item 1.7. Chapter 1 of the word "protected by autonomous fire extinguishing systems" to exclude;

in Item 3.7. Chapter 3 of the word "also are equipped with autonomous fire extinguishing systems" to exclude.

2. Department on forming of policy concerning government authorities and monitoring bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs being under control of the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
