"1.11. for installations regardless of type of the renewable energy resources created only for energy ensuring economic activity of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs out of the quotas for creation of installations allocated in accordance with the established procedure and put into operation after August 20, 2015 except for specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item:
the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations - 0,7;
the next ten years of operation - 0,6;
over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,45;";
