For the purpose of ensuring unity of foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, strengthening of control of implementation of international treaties and arrangements of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also decisions of the international organizations which member is the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishments of single procedure for their execution I decide:
1. Approve Rules of implementation of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the agreements reached during the meetings and negotiations at the highest and intergovernmental levels it (is applied).
2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, cochairmen of the joint intergovernmental commissions (committees, councils) to strengthen control of execution of the corresponding international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the agreements reached during the meetings and negotiations at the highest and intergovernmental levels and to provide strict observance of the procedure established by Rules.
3. To the ministries and other central executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and cochairmen of the Kazakhstan part of the joint intergovernmental commissions when carrying out the international negotiations infringing on state interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan to approve line items of the Kazakhstan side with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and by their results timely to provide information in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
