About measures for the prevention of socially dangerous actions of persons suffering from mental disturbances

1. Approve the enclosed Rules about the organization of interaction of bodies of health care and law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the prevention of socially dangerous actions of persons suffering from mental disturbances.
2. To chiefs of departments (managements) of health care and law-enforcement bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty, and chiefs of regional, city law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) to organize studying of the enclosed Rules by health workers and the staff of the relevant divisions of law-enforcement bodies and to provide their strict observance;
2) to provide interaction of the relevant divisions of bodies of health care and law-enforcement bodies in work with persons suffering from mental disturbances and also to provide nondisclosure of data on condition of mental health of citizens, the tactful and humane attitude towards them on duty;
