About modification of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Part the sixth article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" (2015, 27, the Art. 234) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"6. Suppliers shall create safety stock of natural gas in the amount of no more than 10 percent of the planned monthly scope of supply of natural gas to consumers the next month. The size of safety stock is established annually by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at the identical level for all suppliers".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the first following after month of its publication.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
