About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning establishment of the minimum lease term of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose on which hydrotechnical melioration is carried out

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 93 of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part twelve of the following content:

"12. For conducting commodity agricultural production, farm, personal peasant economy the lease term of the parcels of land of agricultural purpose which are the parcels of land of the reclaimed lands and on which hydrotechnical melioration is carried out cannot be less than 10 years".

2. In article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About land reclamation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 11, the Art. 90):

in part one:

in paragraph one of the word "Users and Owners" shall be replaced with words "Owners, users, including lessees";

add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"Assistance of proper operation of the corresponding meliorative systems and objects of engineering infrastructure of such systems, and also taking measures to prevention of their damage";

in parts two and third shall be replaced with words the words "Users and Owners" "Owners, users, including lessees".

3. Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of land" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 10, Art. 102; 2011, No. 34, Art. 343; 2015, 21, the Art. 133) after part three to add No. with new part of the following content:
