About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person" concerning approval of its provisions in the field of the handling of the animal products belonging to the category II with requirements of the legislation of the EU

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption by the person" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 24, the Art. 171) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

1) in part one:

in Item 2 of the word "and urine" shall be replaced with words "and/or urine";

add with Item 11-1 of the following content:

"11-1) organic fertilizers and improvers of the soil - the animal products used for providing or improvement of food of plants and/or physical, chemical properties, biological activity of the soil and which can include the kompostirovanny or processed manure, not mineralized guano, content of digestive tract and remaining balance of their biological conversion";

in Item 16 to replace the word of "humus" with the word "soils";

Part the second to add 2) with the second offer of the following content: "The list of especially dangerous (quarantine) diseases affirms according to the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine".

2. 6 parts one of Article 12 to add Item with the words "not mineralized guano and content of digestive tract".

3. State Article 15 in the following edition:

"Article 15. The ADDRESS WITH the BY-PRODUCTS of ANIMAL ORIGIN BELONGING TO the CATEGORY II

1. The by-products of animal origin belonging to the category II shall be used, processed or processed by one or several of the following methods:

1) are used for production of organic fertilizers or improvers of the soil for placement in the market according to article 19 of this Law after processing by sterilization under pressure with permanent marking of the received material;
