Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for carrying out tenders selling blocks of shares of joint-stock companies approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of May 10, 2012 No. 639, the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of May 10, 2012 No. 282-r, the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 10, 2012 No. 674, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 12, 2012 for No. 940/21252, which are applied.
2. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
