According to Item 11 parts three of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine", to requirements of the Law of Ukraine of February 16, 2016 No. 1005-VIII "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning privatization process enhancement", the Technique of assessment of property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 10, 2003 No. 1891 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2015 No. 1033), and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine decided:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for carrying out tenders selling blocks of shares of joint-stock companies approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of May 10, 2012 No. 639, the order of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine of May 10, 2012 No. 282-r, the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 10, 2012 No. 674, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 12, 2012 for No. 940/21252, which are applied.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
